With a mutual love of beautiful things, best friends Annabel Ellis and Olivia McLennan, were captivated by Pickleball while walking through Central Park in New York City in April 2023. 

On their return home, Annabel and Olivia got to work in bringing Pickles Athletic to life. 

Knowing the importance of sport and fitness in day-to-day life, the girls respected the accessibility and inclusive nature of pickleball and immediately wanted to begin introducing the fastest growing sport in the USA to Australia, New Zealand and beyond. 

Pickles Athletic is the outcome of late nights, long calls, and unpredictable schedules.
